B. Wartungsvertr\u00e4ge, Upgrades, After-Sales Services)<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung und Steuerung relevanter KPIs (z. B. Auslastung, billable hours, Margen)<\/li>\n<li>Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Applikation zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung strategischer Key Accounts auf Management-Ebene<\/li>\n<li>Nutzung und Pflege von ERP-\/CRM-Systemen sowie Einsatzplanungstools<\/li>\n<li>Konzeption und Einf\u00fchrung digitaler Servicekonzepte<\/li>\n<li>Integration von KI-basierten L\u00f6sungen (z.
