color: #154194;\">Deine Aufgaben:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Factory-Automation-Integration von Wafer Probern in automatisierte Fertigungsumgebungen; Mitarbeit an<\/li>\n<li>SECS\/GEM-Kommunikation, E84 Carrier Handover, FOUP-Handling sowie AMHS-Konzepten mit OHT\/AGV<\/li>\n<li>Analyse und Debugging von Kommunikationsabl\u00e4ufen zwischen Equipment, Factory Host und Materialfluss-Systemen; Auswertung von Trace-, Event-, Alarm- und Automationslogs<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung bei Zukunftsthemen wie automatisiertem Probe-Card-Handling, AMR\/AGV-Transport und perspektivisch humanoiden Robotern im Equipment- und Service-Umfeld<\/li>\n<li>Integration von Prober und Tester: Analyse von Start-\/Ready-\/Docking-Sequenzen, Timing-Problemen und<\/li>\n<li>Schnittstellen wie GPIB, TCP\/IP oder Tester-spezifischen Steuerleitungen<\/li>\n<li>Datenverarbeitung von Prober-Prozessdaten: Wafer Maps, Bin Maps, Yield-Verteilungen, Alignment- und Kontaktqualit\u00e4tsdaten sowie Logfiles strukturiert aufbereiten und auswerten<\/li>\n<li>Mitarbeit bei Prober-Setups, Applikationsversuchen und Dokumentation von Best Practices f\u00fcr Kundenprojekte, Demos und interne Qualifikationen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: f45; color: #154194;\">Das bringst Du mit:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laufendes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Physik, Mikrosystemtechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang<\/li>\n<li>Sehr gutes technisches Grundverst\u00e4ndnis und Interesse daran, Mechanik, Elektrik, Software, IT und Datenanalyse in einem komplexen High-Tech-System zusammenzubringen<\/li>\n<li>Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung oder Scripting, idealerweise Python; sicherer Umgang mit Excel und strukturierter Datenanalyse ist w\u00fcnschenswert<\/li>\n<li>Interesse an Halbleiterprozessen, Wafer Test, Messtechnik, Automatisierung und industriellen Schnittstellen;
