Der Eintritt dieser Sp\u00e4ne in den Werkzeughalter wird vor allem kritisch, wenn Aluminiumwerkst\u00fccke unter hoher Geschwindigkeit gefr\u00e4st werden. Die Anzahl an korrekten Rundl\u00e4ufen wird mithilfe eines On-Board Algorithmus berechnet. Jegliche unnormalen Rundl\u00e4ufe des Werkzeugs w\u00e4hrend eines Werkzeugwechsels wird automatisch aufgedeckt und diese Information wird zur\u00fcck zur Maschinenkontrolle gegeben. Ab sofort kann der Status jedes einzelnen Werkzeugs unabh\u00e4ngig \u00fcberwacht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das neue Farbdisplay unterst\u00fctzt das RD-10, indem es klare und Echtzeit-Informationen \u00fcber den Werkzeugstatus an den Bediener der Produktion weitergibt.<\/p>\n<p>Der RD-10 ist zudem kompatibel mit dem vorherigen Modell, da es dasselbe I\/O Interface mit der Maschinenkontrolle verwendet.
