Das Verschrauben wird dabei h\u00e4ufig mit anderen Verfahren kombiniert, z.B. mit Zugschrauben durch eine Platte. Eine solche Platte besteht aus Titan Grade 2, die Schrauben jedoch aus einer h\u00e4rteren Titanlegierung. So brauchen die L\u00f6cher keine Gewinde. Wird eine Feststellschraube eingesetzt, dann erzeugt sie in der Platte selbst ein Gewinde. Es wird nichts geschnitten und es entsteht deshalb kein Schmutz in der Wunde w\u00e4hrend der OP.<\/p>\n<p>Um die glatten Oberfl\u00e4chen der Implantate zu garantieren, werden sie vor und nach dem Anodisieren an vordefinierten Messpunkten mit dem SURFCOM TOUCH 50 von ACCRETECH gemessen. Dank dessen Freitastsystems sind auch schwer zug\u00e4ngliche Stellen messbar, was von gro\u00dfem Vorteil ist, denn Implantate sind oft unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig anatomisch geformt und haben deshalb selten ebene Fl\u00e4chen. Gepr\u00fcft werden etwa 3 Teile pro Minute.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wir haben das Ger\u00e4t gekauft, weil es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis aufweist und in dieser Preisklasse ist das Ger\u00e4t unschlagbar. Da Staubablagerungen oder Schmiermittelreste auf der Oberfl\u00e4che die Messungen verf\u00e4lschen, muss der Anwender daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass die Taster gut gepflegt sind und saubere Oberfl\u00e4chen haben. Auch Faktoren wie Temperatur, Luftfeuchte oder eventuelle Schwingungsquellen beeinflussen das Messergebnis. Deshalb sind die Umgebungsbedingungen im Voraus zu pr\u00fcfen, denn die Kunden verlassen sich darauf, dass die Messergebnisse stimmen, die Implantate also ausreichend glatt sind, denn letztlich h\u00e4ngt davon das Wohl der Patienten ab.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr ITS. ist es praktisch, dank der mobilen Oberfl\u00e4chenmessung die Werkst\u00fccke auch direkt in der Fertigung vermessen zu k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fcr unterschiedliche Werkst\u00fccke lassen sich individuelle Parameter und Messbedingungen im Ger\u00e4tespeicher hinterlegen und bei Bedarf abrufen. Der Taster kann f\u00fcr tiefe, lange oder kleine Bohrungen sowie runde Fl\u00e4chen passend ausgewechselt werden, sodass sich verschiedene Arten von Werkst\u00fccken problemlos messen lassen, optimal f\u00fcr Kontrolle bei unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigen, anatomisch geformten Implantaten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Z-Achsen-Messbereich leistet 1000\u00b5m bis 2000\u00b5m, bei einer Mindestaufl\u00f6sung von 0,0001 \u03bcm. Das aufwendige Ausrichten der Werkst\u00fccke entf\u00e4llt. Das Ger\u00e4t misst nicht nur flache Oberfl\u00e4chen, sondern erfasst auch die Rauheit oder Welligkeit abgestufter oder runder Oberfl\u00e4chen mit einer einzigen Messspur. Auch das Nivellieren und Nullstellen vor der Messung ist problemlos m\u00f6glich. Weiter sind Messungen vertikaler Fl\u00e4chen, \u00dcberkopfmessungen und Messungen enger Bereiche m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Die transportable, kompakte Vorschubeinheit l\u00e4sst sich einfach installieren, bietet einen X-Achsen-Messbereich von 50 mm, eine F\u00fchrungsgenauigkeit von 0,3 \u03bcm\/50 mm und einen vertikalen Positionierbereich des Detektors von 50 mm. Die sichere Positionierung bei konstanter Geschwindigkeit wird durch die Bedienung der Vorschubeinheit in X-Richtung vom Bildschirm des Verst\u00e4rkers aus erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n<p>Der selbsterkl\u00e4rende Bildschirm vereinfacht es Messbedingungen einzustellen, Kalibrierung, Messung und Analyse sicher durchzuf\u00fchren und macht die Bedienung einfach und intuitiv. Die Bedienungsanleitung selbst ist konzipiert wie eine Anleitung f\u00fcr Haushaltsger\u00e4te. Eine Schnellreferenz veranschaulicht die grundlegenden Schritte, sodass der Anwender keine schriftlichen Vorgehensweisen verfassen muss.<\/p>\n<p>USB\/Micro-USB-Anschl\u00fcsse gibt es als Standardausstattung. Insgesamt k\u00f6nnen 15 Messbedingungen und 20 Messergebnisse in der SURFCOM TOUCH Auswerteeinheit gespeichert werden. F\u00fcr mehr kann ein USB-Speicher mit dem Standard-USB-Anschluss verbunden werden. Die Auswerteeinheit ist ebenfalls mit einem Micro-USB-Anschluss ausgestattet und mit einem USB-Kabel k\u00f6nnen Messdaten zum Computer \u00fcbertragen und ausgewertet werden.
