En effet, les composants d\u2019entra\u00eenement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise mesurent 1 420 mm de longueur pour 440 mm de diam\u00e8tre et 45 kg. Il \u00e9tait donc impossible de d\u00e9placer la pi\u00e8ce pour l\u2019orienter dans le sens requis pour les mesures.<br \/>\nMais comment faire pour tester des pi\u00e8ces de grande taille, lourdes et complexes, lorsque les zones \u00e0 mesurer sont aussi difficiles d\u2019acc\u00e8s ? \u00ab Normalement, pour tester ce type de pi\u00e8ce, on utilise des machines de mesure de valeurs, en raison de leur grande facilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Mais dans ce cas, un contr\u00f4le des contours et de la rugosit\u00e9 \u00e9tait \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire, ce qui n\u2019est pas possible avec ce type de machine. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons cherch\u00e9 des alternatives \u00bb, se souvient Patrick Polleres.<\/p>\n<p>Avec les arbres de transmission, la taille et la forme des pi\u00e8ces ajoutent encore \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux points de mesure. De plus, les points de mesure dans les per\u00e7ages sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement difficilement accessibles. Et lorsque les mesures doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur des points difficiles d\u2019acc\u00e8s, la pr\u00e9cision peut souvent en p\u00e2tir. Inenvisageable pour Patrick Polleres. \u00ab Au vu des exigences de qualit\u00e9 que doit respecter Pankl Aerospace pour ses composants d\u2019entra\u00eenement, les contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9 se devaient d\u2019\u00eatre parfaits \u00bb. Il fallait trouver une solution de mesure flexible pour mesurer les contours et la rugosit\u00e9 de ces arbres de transmission sans perte de pr\u00e9cision : \u00ab Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident que dans ce cas, il nous faudrait une solution novatrice \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c0 la recherche d\u2019une solution novatrice<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9, l\u2019entreprise a opt\u00e9 pour une solution d\u2019ACCRETECH. \u00ab Nous travaillons depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es avec un appareil de mesure des contours de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ACCRETECH, et nous en sommes tr\u00e8s satisfaits. C\u2019est pourquoi nous nous sommes tourn\u00e9s vers ce fabricant pour cette mission complexe \u00bb, se souvient Patrick Polleres. Le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait le suivant : comment individualiser les appareils de mesure de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur la table de mesure sp\u00e9ciale existante et mesurer ces arbres de transmission \u00e0 la fois complexes et lourds ?<br \/>\nEn collaboration avec ACCRETECH, Patrick Polleres a d\u00e9fini les exigences auxquelles l\u2019appareil devait r\u00e9pondre, afin que toutes les zones requises puissent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9es et que les r\u00e9sultats de mesure offrent la plus grande pr\u00e9cision.<br \/>\nL\u2019appareil devait pouvoir atteindre l\u2019ensemble des tr\u00e8s grands arbres de transmission, car tout mouvement des pi\u00e8ces \u00e9tait exclu en raison de leur poids \u00e9lev\u00e9. Au vu de la taille des pi\u00e8ces et des per\u00e7ages \u00e0 mesurer, un bras de palpage extra long avec stylet serait donc n\u00e9cessaire. Par ailleurs, le d\u00e9tecteur devrait pouvoir \u00eatre orient\u00e9 avec la plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 possible.<br \/>\nEn outre, la mesure de l\u2019axe X sur toute la longueur de la pi\u00e8ce et les mesures des contours dans les per\u00e7ages traversants et les engrenages dans l\u2019axe Y \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u00e9taient requises. L\u2019ensemble de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de mesure devait donc pouvoir pivoter \u00e0 90\u00b0. Pour que les contours puissent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision, l\u2019entra\u00eenement devait pouvoir basculer.<br \/>\nEnfin, pour r\u00e9duire au maximum la perte de pr\u00e9cision entra\u00een\u00e9e par la longueur du bras de palpage et la flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019orientation, l\u2019instrument de mesure devait \u00eatre capable de fournir des r\u00e9sultats de mesure stables et extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cis, m\u00eame dans ces conditions tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8res.<br \/>\nUne fois les exigences parfaitement d\u00e9finies, la production du SURFCOM NEX 030 dans l\u2019usine japonaise d\u2019ACCRETECH a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9organis\u00e9e et \u00e9largie.<\/p>\n<h3>Grande flexibilit\u00e9 et haute pr\u00e9cision<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Le SURFCOM NEX 030 individualis\u00e9 est exactement l\u2019appareil de mesure qu\u2019il nous fallait pour relever le d\u00e9fi. Il permet de mesurer les contours et la rugosit\u00e9, m\u00eame sur des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe et de grande taille \u00bb, affirme Patrick Polleres avec conviction.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9carteur (spacer) de 90 mm entre la colonne et l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019entra\u00eenement permet de mesurer les contours de la surface ext\u00e9rieure, m\u00eame sur les arbres grand format. Le syst\u00e8me de rotation de la colonne z \u00e0 360\u00b0 dispose de but\u00e9es \u00e0 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 et 90\u00b0. Avec 680 mm de longueur et un stylet de 52 mm, le bras de palpage est suffisamment long. La plaque de granit de 1500 x 1000 mm contient un syst\u00e8me antivibrations. Par ailleurs, l\u2019entra\u00eenement lin\u00e9aire brevet\u00e9 du SURFCOM NEX 030 permet d\u2019atteindre une vitesse de mesure et de positionnement \u00e9lev\u00e9e ainsi qu\u2019une grande pr\u00e9cision des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<h3>Par\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, ACCRETECH a eu la volont\u00e9 de trouver une solution avec nous \u00bb, souligne Patrick Polleres. \u00ab La d\u00e9finition des exigences et leur mise en \u0153uvre technique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des phases complexes.
