The P102E additive dispensing system enables accurate dosing of additives in proportion to the ultrapure water flow rate during the dicing process. A built-in micro pump ensures precise control of the additive concentration, blending it evenly into the process water. This guarantees a stable and consistent additive supply to the dicing equipment.

- Compact design with buffer tank: A polyethylene buffer tank can be integrated. If the main tank runs empty, the buffer tank allows continued operation for a limited time.
- Intuitive operation: The 7-inch touch panel offers a user-friendly graphical interface (GUI) for quick and easy configuration.
- Automatic circulation: A built-in mechanism continuously circulates the additive (except during power-off), preventing sedimentation or buildup.
- Flexible control options: Supports both manual and automated control via the dicing machine. In automatic mode, additive concentration can be adjusted directly from the machine interface.
- Optional dosing monitoring: Additive feed volume can be monitored via conductivity measurement and an ultra-precise flow sensor.
